Programa especial para vida funcional

Básicamente la definición que se tiene del entrenamiento funcional es entrenar al cuerpo para las actividades de la vida diaria, tratar de igualar los movimientos que utilizas en la vida diaria en tu entrenamiento, y por lo tanto limita el uso de los aparatos tradicionales de gimnasio.

PROGRAMA DE 60 DÍAS.

Es la etapa inicial de acondicionamiento físico de VIVO 47 que tiene por objetivo:

  • Crear el hábito de hacer ejercicio.

  • Reforzar la constancia en aquellos que no han logrado serlo.

  • Servir como re inducción al ejercicio para aquellos socios que dejaron de hacerlo por algún tiempo.

  • Inducir a los socios nuevos al Sistema de Acondicionamiento Físico de VIVO 47.

PROGRAMA PARA ADQUIRIR UNA VIDA FUNCIONAL

Meta: Tener una vida funcional

  • Paso 1 - ¿De dónde partimos?
    Evaluación física y nutricional (hábitos alimenticios)

  • Paso 2 - ¿Cómo lo lograremos?
    Entrega de programa de entrenamiento en base a los resultados de las evaluaciones y gustos o preferencia de ejercicio. Guiado por VIVO 47.

  • Paso 3 - Áreas de entrenamiento
    Entrenamiento en área cardiovascular, en área funcional, clases de salón (yoga, pilates) Acuática. Speed track.

  • Paso 4 - Compromisos
    Mejora los resultados en química sanguínea, depende de rango actual y hábitos alimenticios.

  • Paso 5 - Beneficios directos
    Mayor energía durante el día, vida funcional.
