Programa especial de tonificación

El concepto de tonificar viene de endurecer o fortalecer la musculatura, pero es más una impresión a la vista; de esta forma decimos que un cuerpo tonificado es aquel que tiene niveles bajos de grasa, suficiente músculo en su sitio y tener cada músculo endurecido o activo.

PROGRAMA DE 60 DÍAS.

Es la etapa inicial de acondicionamiento físico de VIVO 47 que tiene por objetivo:

  • Crear el hábito de hacer ejercicio.

  • Reforzar la constancia en aquellos que no han logrado serlo.

  • Servir como re inducción al ejercicio para aquellos socios que dejaron de hacerlo por algún tiempo.

  • Inducir a los socios nuevos al Sistema de Acondicionamiento Físico de VIVO 47.

PROGRAMA PARA TONIFICAR

Meta: Tonificar

  • Paso 1 - ¿De dónde partimos?
    Evaluación física y nutricional (hábitos alimenticios)

  • Paso 2 - ¿Cómo lo lograremos?
    Entrega de programa de entrenamiento en base a los resultados de las evaluaciones y gustos o preferencia de ejercicio. Guiado por VIVO 47.

  • Paso 3 - Áreas de entrenamiento
    Entrenamiento combinado: cardiovascular ya sea en aparatos o clases de salón ( body combat, ritmos latinos, cycling, step) y fuerza este puede ser en su área y clases (body pump, clínica de abdomen) Acuática, Speed track.

  • Paso 4 - Compromisos
    La guía a basarnos es % de grasa corporal y nos comprometemos a bajar 2% de grasa de manera semanal.

  • Paso 5 - Beneficios directos
    Bajamos % de grasa, Incremento de la autoestima, mejor funcionamiento de nuestros sistemas (cardiopulmonar, oseomuscular) Relajación, mayor energía durante el día, mejora nuestro sistema inmunológico.

    Fortalecimiento de zona media (abdomen y espalda baja) para minimizar riesgo de lesión. Para los famosos cuadritos combinarlo con entrenamiento cardiovascular

  • Paso 5 - Beneficios directos
    Mayor estabilidad en mi columna, vida más funcional, mejor funcionamiento de nuestros sistemas, mayor energía durante el día.
