Programa para incrementar masa muscular

La alimentación es el punto más importante de todo, no importa que tan bien sigas este programa para aumentar masa muscular, si no tienes una buena alimentación no vamos a completar los resultados plenamente.

PROGRAMA DE 60 DÍAS.

Es la etapa inicial de acondicionamiento físico de VIVO 47 que tiene por objetivo:

  • Crear el hábito de hacer ejercicio.

  • Reforzar la constancia en aquellos que no han logrado serlo.

  • Servir como re inducción al ejercicio para aquellos socios que dejaron de hacerlo por algún tiempo.

  • Inducir a los socios nuevos al Sistema de Acondicionamiento Físico de VIVO 47.

PROGRAMA PARA INCREMENTAR MASA MUSCULAR

Meta: Incrementar masa muscular

  • Paso 1 - ¿De dónde partimos?
    Evaluación física y nutricional (hábitos alimenticios)

  • Paso 2 - ¿Cómo lo lograremos?
    Entrega de programa de entrenamiento en base a los resultados de las evaluaciones y gustos o preferencia de ejercicio. Guiado por VIVO 47.

  • Paso 3 - Áreas de entrenamiento
    Entrenamiento principalmente en área de fuerza, entrenamiento cardiovascular por salud. Es importante aislar los músculos en nuestros aparatos. Acuática. Gimnasia Olímpica

  • Paso 4 - Compromisos
    Depende metabolismo y somatotipo (tipo de cuerpo), pero creamos un compromiso de incremento de pulgadas por área del cuerpo.

  • Paso 5 - Beneficios directos
    Incremento del autoestima, mejor funcionamiento de nuestros sistemas (cardiopulmonar, oseo-muscular) relajación, mayor energía durante el día, mejora nuestro sistema inmunológico
