Body Pump

Clase de desarrollo muscular, volúmen y tonificación. Se utiliza una barra de metal con discos de distinto peso al gusto del practicante, se hacen repeticiones de ejercicios de pesas al ritmo de música moderada. Duración 55 minutos.
